Use this automated password reset facility only if you are already registered as a user and have forgotten your username, password or both.
Note, you will only be able to reset your password if you can remember your username or the associated email address which was used when you registered.
And, to make it easy to log in on future occasions, make sure you tick the "remember me" checkbox on the first occasion you log in with your reset password.
